I grew up eating kimchi. My kids eat kimchi. I enjoy eating kimchi. I like the spicy flavor. The taste. I admit that it's an acquired taste. I don't like the smell of kimchi, but I like the taste. Isn't that strange? I'm Joseph Chaiwhan Kim and I like kimchi. Do you?
